Machine House – Pumpkin Pie and Beer Festival

Seattle’s champion of cask beer – Machine House Brewery – is hosting a Pumpkin Pie and Beer Festival this Thursday (11/19, 7PM). This event is sure to get you in the mood for the holiday season; for what is the holiday season without some delicious pumpkin pie?

Part pumpkin pie cook-off, part celebration of delicious cask ales! Bring a pie to enter the contest for best pumpkin pie. Love pumpkin pie? Show off your best recipe! Hate pumpkin pie? Why not take up the challenge and get creative?

Every year there are two categories: sweet and savory. Pies will be judged by attendees and at 9pm we will announce a winner for each category.

This year’s event is $5 to try all of the pies and vote unless you bring a pie. Proceeds will go directly to Sawhorse Revolution’s youth carpentry, design/build, and job skills programs. You can invest in our city’s future by eating as many different pies as you can- win-win!
