Belgian-style pale ale with Brettanomyces lambicus and Lactobacillus. We took our Belgian Pale Ale collaboration with Pike and aged a portion in a Burgundy barrel. It has a classic Brett nose with a touch of Lacto sourness. ABV: 6% IBU 19 SRM 7
