Burdick Brewery at The Beer Junction

BurdickThe Beer Junction’s weekly tasting events are a staple in many a Seattle beer-lover’s schedule. This week’s featured brewery – Burdick Brewery – is one that many of you have likely begun to notice popping up on shelves. It’s also one of our favorite local breweries. If you’ve not yet tried their beer or grabbed a bottle this is a great opportunity to sample a few different offerings and get to meet Max Leinbach – the owner and head brewer. The tasting takes place Thursday 5/26 at 5PM. And don’t forget to wish Max a happy birthday!

About Burdick:

Burdick makes clean and classic American pub ales.  Our motto is to “work hard and live simply” and we hope that comes across in our beers – simple and well crafted.  We have humble beginnings, starting on a one barrel system.  Now we brew on a 3 barrel system which still allows us to be very hands on with our beer.  We have plans to grow but we are very happy making the best beer we can make on our small system and supporting the customers that support us.  We hope you enjoy the beer!   – Max Leinbach // Founder Burdick Brewery
